Introducing the EVVER™ Dynamic Portfolio with Dynamic 2 for Electric Low Voltage Segment
IRP Systems continues to expand its EVVER™ Dynamic portfolio with Dynamic 2, a motor controller designed to address the growing demand in the electric two-wheeler segment.
Dynamic 2 was showcased at the latest edition of the EV Conclave in New Delhi (India), where it attracted strong interest from OEMs and industry stakeholders. The positive reception highlighted the market need for high-performance, cost-efficient, and compact control solutions tailored to electric motorcycles.
Driving Performance and Efficiency in Two-Wheelers
Dynamic 2 combines compact design with high power density, enabling OEMs to deliver strong acceleration, extended range, and responsive riding behavior. The controller achieves >99% MCU efficiency and >95% system efficiency, directly contributing to improved vehicle autonomy.
With capabilities such as up to 487 Nm torque at the wheel and fast acceleration (0–40 km/h in under 3 seconds), it is engineered to meet both urban and performance-oriented use cases.
Advanced Control, Tailored for OEMs
Built on IRP’s proprietary control algorithms, Dynamic 2 enables precise torque delivery, smooth acceleration, and configurable driving profiles including Eco, Sport, Boost modes.
Its flexible architecture supports:
- Regenerative braking for energy recovery
- 4-quadrant operation (drive and braking in forward/reverse)
- Fine-tuned control of speed, torque, and response behavior
This allows OEMs to adapt vehicle performance to different markets and rider expectations.
Smart Integration and System Intelligence
Dynamic 2 is built as a software-defined platform, supported by IRP’s TrueDrive Manager, enabling configuration, diagnostics, and continuous optimization throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Strengthening the EVVER™ Dynamic Platform
With Dynamic 2, IRP Systems continues to build a scalable portfolio of motor controllers for low-voltage electric mobility—supporting applications from urban scooters to high-performance motorcycles.
The expansion reflects IRP’s ongoing focus: enabling OEMs to deliver better range, enhanced riding experience, and faster time-to-market in an increasingly competitive EV landscape.
